Remote Learning

At Purston Infant school we have plans in place for the provision of remote education where needed. We aim to ensure that our children who need to be educated off school site due to to self-isolation whilst the rest of school is still open, are given the support they need to continue learning and making progress. We will ensure that the remote education we provide will be closely inline with provision in school.

We will use our website, as we did in lockdown, to provide you with our remote education. For those children who do not have access to the website we will provide paper copies.

Teachers may direct children to material on the Oak National Academy, YouTube, BBC Bitesize and other educational resources.

Feedback
Parents should use the class email to send children’s work back to their teacher so this can be marked and feedback can be given. School may contact parents and children by telephone or email to support their learning and well-being.
