Welcome to Purston Infant School.
I am delighted to introduce myself as the Headteacher of this very special school and to welcome you to our website.
Purston Infant School is a caring, inclusive and vibrant community where every child is valued as an individual and encouraged to achieve their very best. From the moment I joined the school, I was impressed by the enthusiasm of our pupils, the dedication of our staff and the strong partnerships we share with our families.
At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to ensuring that every child feels safe, happy and inspired to learn. We strive to provide a nurturing environment where children develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning that will support them throughout their lives.
We believe that education is most successful when schools and families work together. Building positive relationships with parents and carers is a key part of our school ethos and we value the support and contributions of our wider community.
Our talented staff work hard to create exciting learning experiences that enable children to flourish both academically and personally. We have high expectations for all our pupils and are committed to helping them develop the knowledge, skills and resilience they need for the future.
