Go for a walk with a grown-up. How do you know it is spring? Can you write and draw what you found?
During spring, lots of animals have their babies. Think back to when we learned about life-cycles. Can you draw and label a life-cycle? Can you name the young of any animals? E.g., cow – calf. What about a butterfly or a frog?
The Easter bunny has 10 eggs to deliver. Some are red, some are yellow and some are blue. How many different combinations of eggs could he have? Draw pictures to help you work out the answers. (E.g. 2 red, 2 blue, 6 yellow).
Challenge: What if he had 20 eggs?
